I hated our stay for four main reasons: 1. When we were booking the room, the staff told us there were no other rooms available. However, I was able to find and book two rooms online through Booking.com—though I had to pay an extra €15 compared to the hotel’s listed price. The lack of transparency and disregard for guest comfort were unacceptable. 2. The hotel was hosting a wedding with extremely loud music that went on all night until 7 AM. Just as we hoped for some rest, they started playing loud ambient music, making it impossible to sleep. 3. The price-quality ratio is terrible. This was definitely not a €90/night room, nor did the service justify the cost. 4. The no external food policy is simply absurd. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended.

Breakfast needs to have more items and more service staff. We had only one staff member Zakaria attended to all the guests. He was doing a great job but he needs more help to service at breakfast

The reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly. Life guard by the pool was a little rude. The room was large and very clean. The pool was amazing, so deep and yet not cold. Great value for money. With the idrive app I was able to get a taxi at very good price to drive me all the way to Volubilis.

It’s not truly just one thing, there’s many! Going to stay in a hotel of My choosing has always been one of the most relaxing ways for me to get away and take care of me: practicing self care, refreshing in rest and relaxation, and at this hotel with all the staff provide everything to make my family, and me happy, starting from the receptionists the estimated the professional Sabrina and Jawad I loved the smell of certain hotels, it creates a memory for me, but the Z hotel creates a very pleasant one. I loved the soft white sheets, puffy pillows and duvets made by the most adorables Miss Khadija and Ghizlane . I loved having coffee and snacks in the swimming pool provided by our friendly server Fouad . I liked being able to order room service if I want or take out delivered to my door, eating from the hands and skilled chefs Housni, Imad, Ayoub, and relaxing while watching movies. I liked to chill and listen to music looking to the view from my room, and it’s a wonderful time to sleep in. Huge thanks to all the staff Sabrina, khadija, Ghizlane, Fouad, Jawad, Housni, Mehdi, Wahid, Said, Imad, Ayoub, Driss, Soufian, Fatima zahra, btissam, Hanan??

The hotel is spacious, beautifully designed, and traditional moroccan wood work. The staff is super nice. The rooms are large and it has all amenities.
